Leading Extraordinary Teams

description Everyone wants their team to be an Extraordinary team!

You will experience the skills and knowledge that will help your organization and/or team members refocus their efforts on the processes, tools, and techniques that contribute to the evolution of truly extraordinary teams.

We will introduce all participants to a conceptual framework for thinking through team processes. We will provide a set of basic, practical tools to support collaborative problem solving and consensus building efforts. You can use these tools to:

  • enhance the cooperative/collaborative relationships among team members
  • resolve problems
  • build team consensus
